1. Source Sampling
We monitor top-ranking threads on major Korean portals (Naver, Daum) and dedicated forums (Nate Pann, Theqoo, Instiz, DC Inside). Threads are selected based on view velocity, upvote thresholds, and comment volume.
2. Comment Sentiment Scoring
Each analyzed discussion is processed through our multi-tiered sentiment evaluation:
- Positive Reactions: Compliments, anticipation, praise for vocals/visuals/stages, supportive messages.
- Neutral Reactions: Informational queries, factual observations, neutral comparisons.
- Negative Reactions: Criticisms, controversies, disapproval, skeptical remarks.
3. Transparent Ratios
We display exact comment sample sizes, upvote/downvote tallies, and platform origins to ensure balanced context.
